Verona Plantation

Southern tradition best describes the feeling you have when you hunt trophy whitetail deer on our historic plantation. Verona Plantation is managed exclusively for trophy whitetail deer. Come see what it’s like to hunt these beautiful southern coastal whitetails in a variety of terrain settings from wide open soybean fields to cut-over pine forests and mixed hardwood flats. It is not unusual to see more than 30 deer in one field as you wait for that trophy to finally step into view. This is deer hunting at its best, southern style.

Verona is located in historic Northampton County, North Carolina. With over 6,000 acres of owned and leased land, the opportunities to hunt and fish are excellent. The highest deer densities in the state and the famous Roanoke River Basin make this area a game rich environment.
